We are Hiring Full-Time Licensed Psychotherapists!

The Center for Creative Therapy: Individual, Couple, and Family Counseling, Inc., a group private practice in Santa Clarita, CA, is looking for full-time psychotherapists to join our team. Requirements include being fully licensed as LMFT or LCSW in the State of California, preferably with private practice experience and registered with CAQH. Our center provides a steady stream of referrals and fills caseloads quickly. Candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive minded group of clinicians. Candidate will be w-2 employee status.

Salary:

  • $79,820.00 - $110,500.00* per year
    (*average range based on 25 clients/week - 35 clients/week)

Requirements:

  • Current, Active California license as an LCSW, LMFT or LPCC.

  • Work a minimum of 25 client hours/week.

  • Registered/Board-Certified Creative Arts Therapist is a plus, but not required.

  • Prior private practice experience is a plus, but not required.

Required education:

  • Master's or Doctorate Degree.

Required license or certification:

  • LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC (**please do not apply if you are provisionally licensed).

***Please note that this position is currently 100% telehealth/remote due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, once COVID-19 has resolved and it is recommended to resume in-person visits (this will be a decision made based on the recommendation for US healthcare leaders, our governing state boards and organizations (ie. BBS, CAMFT) as well as our employees. Some telehealth clients can be kept in order to maintain a hybrid in-office/walk & talk - outdoor/telehealth caseload.) However, some in-person sessions and meetings will be eventually be required***

****Please also note that we do not anticipate this happening soon given current state of the pandemic and safety is our top priority, but would ideally like those who can eventually commute for some in-person work****
